Marketing Coordinator – NYC Field Marketing

About the role

Join Corcoran’s dynamic agent marketing team in New York City and help promote some of the world’s most attractive properties. You will work closely with agents and the Marketing Manager to develop compelling marketing materials, drive social media presence, and support the full lifecycle of marketing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to marketing managers, including meeting note compilation, schedule management, file organization, and follow‑up coordination.
• Track daily project progress, report task status, and deliver updates to the Marketing Manager.
• Assist in creating global process solutions to improve project efficiency.
• Support the submission and outlining of custom marketing projects in collaboration with agents.
• Develop expertise in Corcoran’s proprietary marketing platforms and internal tracking tools.
• Leverage company marketing education resources to offer guidance and recommendations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in marketing or advertising.
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building abilities.
