About the role

The Los Angeles Rams are seeking a dynamic Manager to lead Membership and Group Sales. Reporting to the Vice President of Ticket & Premium Sales, you will guide a team that sells Stadium Seat Licenses and group tickets while developing future sales talent.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and grow revenue from Stadium Seat Licenses and group sales, complementing luxury suite rentals.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop Membership Sales Consultants, preparing them for advancement.
  • Set clear sales and training goals, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by launching new group programs and enhancing existing ones.
  • Develop business plans, training strategies, scripts, policies, and procedures for the department.
  • Improve sales administration, lead generation, pipeline management, and database processes.
  • Collaborate with other managers on strategic outreach campaigns.

Required profile

  • Proven leadership experience in sales, preferably within sports or entertainment.
  • Strong ability to develop and mentor sales talent.
  • Deep understanding of B2C and B2B selling fundamentals.
  • Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Innovative thinker who can design and implement new sales initiatives.
