About the role

Future Beauty Brands is seeking a creative and analytical Manager to lead brand marketing and innovation for its Cosmetics Accessories portfolio, including Real Techniques and Eco Tools. Based in New York with a hybrid work model, you will drive new product launches that meet consumer needs and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market trends, consumer insights, and innovation opportunities to shape data‑driven product strategies.
• Spot portfolio white‑space and develop global product concepts based on consumption data and social listening.
• Coordinate with product development, project management, sourcing, and regulatory teams to guarantee development excellence.
• Lead the artwork process, including package design, merchandising, and A+ display assets.
• Own the product portfolio from concept through shelf launch, ensuring timely delivery.
• Partner with the integrated marketing team to create go‑to‑market plans and launch campaigns.
