CRM Marketing Assistant – Mobile Production

About the role

Join Macy’s Retention Marketing Team as a CRM Marketing Assistant focused on mobile production. You will help drive customer engagement and loyalty by managing the end‑to‑end execution of mobile campaigns across SMS, push notifications, and site personalization.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily mobile production tasks: calendar management, asset review, build, preview, testing and campaign launch.
• Oversee mobile channel growth and ensure agility of mobile communications.
• Manage late‑stage changes and coordinate timely build and execution of mobile campaigns.
• Act as primary contact for mobile tactics with cross‑functional teams and the dedicated Mobile QA team.
• Troubleshoot mobile content issues and communicate resolutions with internal support.
• Collaborate with Communication Strategy, CRM, Marketing Strategy, Creative, Content Engineering and Quality Engineering to implement seamless changes.
• Contribute to improving mobile execution by adding personalization, dynamic content and technical enhancements.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in digital marketing or project management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent attendance, responsiveness and punctuality.
