Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

The Digital Marketing Associate will execute The Rug Company's digital marketing plan, focusing on acquisition, retention, and engagement for both B2B and B2C audiences. Working within the Marketing and Digital team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver data‑driven campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute organic social media calendars on Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Manage The Rug Company's YouTube channel, including content planning, uploads, metadata optimization and performance reporting.
• Engage with clients, designers and followers to build community and increase channel engagement.
• Source, organize and maintain project imagery in the DAM system.
• Monitor social media performance, identify trends and provide insights for strategy refinement.
• Own end‑to‑end email marketing campaign creation, deployment and automation flows.
• Collaborate with the CRM manager on data transfers, compliance and segmentation strategies.
• Measure and report on email and automated flow performance, delivering actionable insights.
• Support paid search, paid social, SEO/GEO and website maintenance initiatives.
