Make-Ready Specialist – Townlake of Coppell

About the role

The Make-Ready Specialist ensures vacant apartments meet Greystar’s quality standards for re‑leasing. This role performs technical and mechanical work to turn units into market‑ready homes quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all repairs and improvements on vacant units following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers as needed.
• Inspect, repair or replace damaged sheetrock and perform touch‑up painting.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep, including trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and painting curbs and signage.
• Document completed work and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to safety by attending meetings, completing OSHA training and reporting incidents promptly.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, responding respectfully to resident inquiries and complaints.
