Maintenance Technician – The Churchill (Durham, NC)

About the role
The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of The Churchill property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports resident satisfaction and prepares vacant units for new leasing.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose defects, and determine root causes.
- Repair issues in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new leasing.
Required profile
- Available to work Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.
