About the role
The Maintenance Technician for the Tapestry community at Brentwood Town Center is responsible for ensuring that the building’s physical systems, grounds, amenities and common areas remain clean, safe, functional and meet Greystar’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks throughout the property to keep equipment operating efficiently.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring each unit meets leasing standards.
Required profile
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and maintenance documentation.
- Strong attention to safety and compliance with established procedures.
- Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation.
