Maintenance Technician – Patriots Pointe

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Patriots Pointe community. The role ensures that all building systems, grounds, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete preventative maintenance work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document all service activities accurately and promptly for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Assist with grounds and amenity upkeep by removing debris, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and performing general cleaning and painting tasks.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts when feasible and minimizing waste of materials.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Strong attention to detail for inspections, documentation, and inventory management.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor, lift equipment, and work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties.
