Maintenance Supervisor for Heritage Apartments

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that Heritage Apartments’ buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This onsite role involves both hands‑on technical work and supervision of maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and upkeep of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with policies, quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies; collaborate with the Community Manager to order needed materials.

Required profile

• Available to work Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate external vendors.
