Remote Contract Administrator (US)

About the role

Schneider Electric is looking for a Remote Contract Administrator to support its U.S. operations. The role manages project and service agreements, connects legal and operational teams, and ensures strict contractual compliance across customer accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Legal, sales, and branch operations for contract reviews and approvals.
• Review service agreements, master sub‑contracts, and project terms, escalating key clauses to Legal when negotiation is required.
• Manage, issue, and archive essential contract documents such as Certificates of Insurance, NDAs, Bid Bonds, and Performance Bonds.
• Process contract exceptions through internal compliance systems and collaborate with Risk Management to assess operational exposure.
• Utilize Smartsheet and workflow automation platforms to monitor requests, track project milestones, and coordinate cross‑functional updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on contract administration experience, preferably with construction or industrial agreements.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools, Smartsheet tracking, digital document workflows, and construction insurance frameworks.
• Strong competencies in contract risk management, stakeholder coordination, document verification, and independent remote time management.
