About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Parq 170 property in Manassas Park, Virginia. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property to ensure equipment and systems operate reliably.
  • Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and ensuring units are prepared for new occupants.

Required profile

  • Technical aptitude for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues.
  • Ability to follow established safety procedures and regulatory codes.
  • Attention to detail to maintain property appearance and functionality.
