Maintenance Technician – East Mint

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the East Mint property in Charlotte, NC. The role involves ensuring the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing and repairing defects in accordance with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new tenants, including cleaning, repairs and inspections.
• Assist with on‑call duties on a rotating schedule to address after‑hours issues.

Required profile

• Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks safely and efficiently.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call responsibilities.
