Maintenance Technician – Discovery (Kingwood, TX)

About the role

The Maintenance Technician – Discovery will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality. This full‑time position is based in Kingwood, Texas and supports resident satisfaction through timely repairs and preventative maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and making repairs in accordance with established policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists of required maintenance work, and coordinating vendor services to prepare units for new move‑ins.
