Project Architect – Housing

About the role

We are looking for a design‑driven Project Architect to lead affordable housing projects within Mithun’s interdisciplinary team. The role involves shaping concepts, producing visualizations, and guiding design through all project phases while collaborating with architects, landscape architects, urban designers, interior designers and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative, conceptually strong design solutions for affordable housing that align with Mithun’s values.
• Create compelling presentation graphics and visualizations.
• Produce accurate architectural documentation for all design phases.
• Coordinate multiple consultants and engineered systems, often leading the effort.
• Participate in project pursuits, client presentations and community engagement activities.
• Support or lead construction administration and model development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of post‑graduate professional experience, preferably in affordable housing.
• Strong verbal, written and visual communication abilities.
• Experience across design, documentation and some construction administration.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Revit modeling and BIM coordination.
• Advanced graphic and visualization tools.
