Skilled Installer – Carpentry & Renovation

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Installer with a carpentry background to join Bath Fitter’s installation team. You will use your trade expertise to fit and finish Bath Fitter bath and shower systems in residential homes, delivering high‑quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, prepare and install Bath Fitter products according to company standards.
• Utilise hand and power tools to perform carpentry, trim and renovation tasks.
• Carry out basic plumbing‑related duties when required.
• Maintain a clean, professional job site and protect customers’ property.
• Educate homeowners on product care and functionality.
• Complete service documentation and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools and installation materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in carpentry, remodeling, renovation, construction or a related skilled trade.
• Proven ability to measure accurately using tape measure, level and combination square.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Professional communication and customer‑service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
