Maintenance Supervisor – Pennwood Apartments

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of Pennwood Apartments, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. The role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose the source of defects, and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Maintain routine upkeep of the community’s building systems, grounds, and amenities.
• Ensure all work complies with established safety procedures and regulatory codes.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical or technical issues in residential properties.
• Familiarity with safety standards and building code requirements.
• Experience handling work orders and coordinating maintenance activities.
