About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of Ventura Terrace Apartments, including grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and overall functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance across the community.
- Diagnose defects or problems, determine root causes, and execute repairs in line with company policies.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate daily tasks.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
- Full‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday, 9 am – 6 pm (subject to change based on business needs).
- Eligibility for a 100% housing discount.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Yardi property management software (preferred).
