Maintenance Supervisor – Creekwood Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor for the Creekwood community ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This onsite role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of routine upkeep and resident service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new lease‑ups, ensuring units are clean, functional, and ready for move‑in.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills for interacting with residents and team members.
