Leasing Professional – Lincoln Landing

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional for the Lincoln Landing community to drive occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction. You will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal activities, ensuring smooth move‑ins and high lease renewal rates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, to generate traffic.
• Manage lease renewals with a focus on high conversion rates.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience in a residential community.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends as required.
• Eligibility for a 20 % housing discount and commission/bonus up to $2,400.
