Maintenance Supervisor – Creekwood Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the Creekwood community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This onsite role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of routine upkeep and resident service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and scope requirements.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager on ordering.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical or technical problems and apply appropriate repairs.
• Familiarity with safety standards, building codes and Greystar’s operational procedures.
