About the role
The Resident Service Coordinator supports prospective and current tenants, as well as property staff, by delivering high‑quality customer service and ensuring a smooth living experience at The Clara community.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome new residents, provide property orientation, and assist with utility set‑up.
- Coordinate resident activities, events, and community communications.
- Manage package deliveries, claim reminders, and resident inquiries.
- Develop and publish the property newsletter highlighting upcoming events and resident resources.
- Support property staff in planning and executing resident‑focused programs.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidates with relatable customer‑service experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Ability to work a Saturday‑Wednesday schedule without on‑call duties.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Yardi property‑management software (preferred).
