Legal Operations Manager

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to lead the strategy, implementation and ongoing administration of the legal technology stack. The role will drive process automation, AI‑enabled tools and system integrations across legal, finance, procurement and IT to improve efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of legal tech solutions, including privacy software, contract lifecycle management (CLM) and ticketing systems.
• Lead workflow automation and AI‑powered tool integration while ensuring data privacy, security and regulatory compliance.
• Manage system migrations, upgrades and user access, proactively addressing pain points for internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Legal, Finance and Procurement teams to capture requirements, streamline processes and deliver measurable efficiency gains.
• Serve as project manager for multiple concurrent initiatives, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
• Develop and deliver training, documentation and support resources for end‑users.
• Monitor industry trends in legal technology, privacy and AI, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with proven experience managing legal technology platforms.
• Demonstrated project‑management expertise handling complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
