Legal Operations Analyst

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to join its Legal team in Sunnyvale, California. Reporting to the Legal Operations Manager, you will act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for legal requests, ensuring smooth intake, triage, and execution of workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own the legal intake system, triage incoming requests, and route them to the appropriate owners.
• Maintain and run automated CLM workflows for NDAs, vendor agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Build and manage an organized, searchable document repository and document standard operating procedures.
• Support new‑hire onboarding for the Legal team and maintain key templates.
• Identify and pilot AI‑native approaches to improve legal operations and enable self‑service contract data queries.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up relentlessly.
• Comfortable moving across intake triage, signature coordination, system administration, and compliance support.
• Excellent communication skills to work with attorneys, contract managers, and cross‑functional partners.

Required skills

• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools and enterprise AI applications.
