Leasing Professional – The Residences at Front Row

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Residences at Front Row, a mid‑rise community in the lease‑up stage. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain compliance with community policies on concessions, specials, and promotional programs.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics.
