Office Leasing Manager

About the role

The Office Leasing Manager will lead leasing activities for the company’s San Diego office portfolio. Working closely with the existing Office Leasing team, the role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while meeting or exceeding leasing targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing plans to increase visibility and interest for office projects.
• Identify and engage prospective tenants through cold calling, direct mail, and in‑person meetings; manage site tours and maintain a detailed contact database.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, community leaders, and the public to secure long‑term occupancy.
• Prepare leasing materials such as solicitation letters, proposals, lease requests, and status reports.
• Research market rents and occupancy rates to provide data‑driven insights.
• Analyze prospective tenant financials and negotiate lease terms to protect landlord interests.
• Conduct economic analyses and coordinate with internal departments to ensure lease compliance with company guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in commercial real‑estate leasing.
• Valid California Real Estate Sales License.
• Established network of broker contacts.
• Valid California driver’s license and continuous vehicle liability insurance.

Required skills

• Proven ability to conduct financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of business contracts and commercial construction.
