About the role

The Facilities Lead for AMS will head the Facility Management Team, delivering high‑quality service to internal employees and ensuring all AMS properties meet regulatory standards. This senior‑level position drives strategy, operational excellence, and sustainability across a diverse real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute facility management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Forecast resources, create annual budgets, and manage staffing models.
• Establish policies and processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
• Align real‑estate strategies with lease obligations and vendor expectations, maintaining strong landlord relationships.
• Oversee facility services and operations across North and South America.
• Manage building maintenance, engineering operations, and portfolio operating expenses.
• Direct asset management to optimize lifecycle and cost efficiency.
• Lead sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and meet corporate goals.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and accounting teams to optimize vendor performance.
