Real Estate Project Executive

About the role

The Real Estate Design and Delivery team at Google seeks a seasoned Project Executive to lead the full lifecycle of real‑estate construction projects, from concept through delivery. You will partner with regional and global specialist teams, as well as external suppliers, to create world‑class workplaces on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of Google real‑estate projects, including feasibility, due‑diligence, site acquisition, design management and construction oversight.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, compliance, risk and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and execute market‑specific portfolio strategies and multi‑year master plans.
• Serve as the primary liaison between cross‑functional teams, senior leadership and external partners.
• Produce executive presentations, status reports and deliverables for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience across the project lifecycle, including design oversight, construction management and agreement administration.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, negotiations and executive‑level communications.
• Demonstrated leadership of teams and delivery of complex projects.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Architecture, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence change and prioritize evolving initiatives.
