Assistant Community Manager (Naya)

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager (Naya) supports the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets. Working on‑site at a stabilized mid‑rise property, you will interact directly with prospects and residents throughout the leasing cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct property tours and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth hand‑over to new residents.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident satisfaction activities to promote retention.
• Coordinate marketing and leasing activities in line with community goals.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in leasing, property management or a related real‑estate role.
• Ability to work a Thursday‑to‑Monday schedule.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.
