Leasing Professional – The Paseo at Town Center

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the team at The Paseo at Town Center. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. The role works on‑site, Tuesday through Saturday, with weekend availability as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any maintenance issues.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience (preferred).
• Ability to work the Tuesday‑Saturday schedule with weekend availability.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
