Leasing Professional – Las Brizas

About the role
The Leasing Professional for Las Brisas will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, ensure satisfaction throughout the lease term, and secure renewals.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents.
- Conduct community tours and show apartment units.
- Process applications, perform credit checks and criminal background screenings.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements.
- Maintain resident satisfaction and address inquiries during the lease term.
- Drive lease renewals and support resident retention initiatives.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of leasing experience.
- Strong customer‑service background.
- Availability to work weekends as well as Monday‑Friday.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Yardi property‑management software (preferred).
