Leasing Professional – Parc Chateaux

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Parc Chateaux community in Santa Clarita. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect information.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience; affordable housing experience preferred.
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain resident satisfaction.
