Leasing Professional – Marlowe Sand Canyon

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Marlowe Sand Canyon community. You will work to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease signing to achieve occupancy goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record transactions, and maintain accurate resident data.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing or related experience in a lease‑up or multifamily/BTR environment.
• Proficiency with Entrata property management software.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Eligibility for a 20% housing discount.
