Leasing Professional – The Beverly at Shadow Lake

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for The Beverly at Shadow Lake, ensuring high occupancy, revenue growth and resident satisfaction. This role involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, preparing lease documents, and supporting residents throughout their tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show units to company standards and support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Required profile

• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitive positioning.
