Leasing Professional – Single Family Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives for the Abrazo at Robinson Gateway community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive leasing activities and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online listings on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct unit inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics.
