Leasing Manager – Abrazo at Robinson Gateway

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead marketing, sales, and leasing activities for the Abrazo community at Robinson Gateway. You will be responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through strategic advertising, pricing, and on‑site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready apartments, set rent pricing and concessions, and oversee daily leasing operations.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing and incentive strategies.
• Create and execute print and digital advertising campaigns, leveraging technology and property management software for reporting.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure community appearance, safety, and unit marketability, including staging and merchandising.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve revenue and occupancy goals in a leasing environment.
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Experience developing and executing marketing and advertising plans.
• Hands‑on leasing experience, including prospect qualification and lease documentation.
• Ability to work closely with maintenance and operations teams to maintain property standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software for reporting and analytics.
