Leasing Professional – Single Family Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for a single‑family community of 258 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring smooth lease signing and resident move‑in.
• Coordinate leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and assist with lease renewals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Detail‑oriented approach to application processing and documentation.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends.
