About the role
The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives for the Elle at The Medical Center community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
- Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm they meet move‑in standards.
- Coordinate renewal strategies and maintain resident relationships to support retention goals.
Required profile
- Experience in leasing, sales, or property management.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with prospects and residents.
