Leasing Professional – Sutter Ranch

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Sutter Ranch community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect and prepare apartments for move‑in, schedule maintenance, and ensure show units meet company standards.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Use property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, resident data, and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents, manage lease renewal packages, and address resident concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Licenses or certifications required by state and local jurisdictions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email campaigns).
