Leasing Professional – Community Marketing & Resident Retention

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction for the Arlington 360 community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to lease signing and renewal, while ensuring a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and prepare lease packages to meet occupancy targets.
• Inspect and ready apartments for move‑in, coordinating with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.
• Maintain show units and common areas to Greystar standards, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, and thank‑you notes to secure leases and renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, addressing concerns or escalating as needed.

Required profile

• All state and local licensing requirements must be met, including a valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi property management software.
• Experience using internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email platforms.
