Leasing Professional for Luxury High‑Rise Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities for West Edge, a luxury high‑rise with 340 apartments in downtown Seattle. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving occupancy targets and fostering resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect outreach, virtual and in‑person tours, and manage the full leasing cycle from application to move‑in.
• Perform market research, create marketing plans, and execute community events and referral programs.
• Maintain show units, inspect apartments before move‑in, and coordinate with maintenance.
• Process lease renewals, respond to resident concerns, and ensure timely documentation.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software (Yardi, OneSite) – preferred.
• Ability to use social media and internet platforms for marketing.
