About the role

The Leasing Professional for Avanti at Farmington Station will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle. This full‑time position works on‑site to attract new residents, support current tenants, and secure lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to confirm they meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and update resident information in the property management system.
• Assist residents throughout their lease term to address concerns and promote retention.
