Leasing Professional – 222 North City

About the role

This position coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. The Leasing Professional handles all leasing activities, ensures resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and drives lease renewals for a Class A luxury property.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure apartments are move‑in ready.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage prospect data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, phone, and thank‑you notes to secure leases and renewals.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years leasing experience, preferably in Class A/luxury properties.
• Familiarity with fair‑housing laws, strong phone and email follow‑up discipline, and polished professional presentation.
• Valid driver’s license and any state‑required leasing licenses.

Required skills

• Yardi property management software.
• CRM systems for leasing funnel management.
• OneSite (or similar) leasing platform.
