Maintenance Technician – Lease‑Up Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a lease‑up community of 458 units. The role involves ensuring that apartments, common areas, and grounds meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete preventative maintenance work orders.
• Perform the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, and communicate re‑order needs to the supervisor.
• Document all service activities accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds and amenities by trash removal, pressure‑washing, general cleaning, and painting of curbs and signage.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work weekends, 9 am‑6 pm schedule.
