About the role

The K‑3 Spanish Foundational Skills Curriculum Writer will create and adapt standards‑aligned Spanish‑language curriculum for kindergarten through third grade. Working remotely for MGT, you will ensure instructional coherence, rigor, and cultural relevance while supporting biliteracy goals.

Key responsibilities

• Write and adapt Spanish‑language units, lesson plans, assessments, and student materials for grades K‑3.
• Guarantee linguistic accuracy, instructional coherence, and cultural grounding of all content.
• Apply biliteracy and Spanish literacy frameworks to guide instructional decisions.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, editors, translators, and instructional designers.
• Incorporate evidence‑based best practices in Spanish Language Arts instruction.
• Revise materials based on internal and client feedback.
• Support development of teacher‑facing resources and professional learning materials.
• Stay current with trends in Spanish literacy and bilingual education.
• Leverage appropriate tools, including AI, to enhance content development while maintaining quality.

Required profile

• Exceptional fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong understanding of biliteracy principles and early childhood literacy.
• Ability to apply professional judgment to ensure instructional rigor and authenticity.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in curriculum development.
