International Sales & Customer Service Agent

About the role

Emenac is seeking enthusiastic International Sales & Customer Service Agents to drive its US Campaign. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates the chance to launch a career in sales while working in a supportive, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach and networking platforms.
• Research prospects to understand their business needs, challenges and pain points.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects to convert leads into sales.
• Present Emenac’s products and services persuasively, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and customer support to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape and market developments.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities to management.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM software.
