Remote Outbound Sales Specialist – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Specialist to join FT Logistics remotely. In this entry‑level position you will generate new business opportunities for our fleet‑management services by reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads and supporting client onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold‑calls to prospective logistics carriers and owners‑operators.
• Identify, generate and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition for newly acquired clients.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or candidate with 0‑6 months experience in logistics, supply‑chain or B2B outbound sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and ability to learn quickly.
