About the role

Infosys is seeking an Industry Principal SAP FICO & Insurance Consultant to lead strategic ERP initiatives across the United States. This senior position involves shaping technical solutions, guiding architecture, and ensuring seamless integration and performance of SAP systems for insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements for ERP design.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP solution architecture, ensuring scalability and high performance.
• Lead development of advanced custom SAP solutions while enforcing coding and configuration best practices.
• Oversee system integration strategies, including data migration methodologies and validation.
• Drive performance optimization initiatives, establishing benchmarks and compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Create comprehensive documentation for customizations and lead knowledge‑transfer programs for technical teams.

Required profile
