IMC MedSurgical Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

Join a patient‑focused inpatient care team as an IMC MedSurgical Registered Nurse. You will deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered nursing care in a fast‑paced MedSurgical environment, supporting diverse patients and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to a varied MedSurgical patient population.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and care plans.
• Administer IV therapy and monitor patients for treatment response and side effects.
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Document all clinical information accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, safe care.
• Offer cultural and psychosocial support to patients and families.
• Participate in continuous professional development and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a MedSurgical setting.
• Current, valid RN license.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate patients and families.
