About the role
Join UT Health Tyler’s Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as a full‑time, day‑shift Registered Nurse. You will provide direct, compassionate care to critically ill newborns and support their families in a state‑of‑the‑art hospital environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to NICU patients using the nursing process.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform necessary procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
- Educate families on newborn care and support their emotional needs.
Required profile
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
- Current Texas RN license.
- Ability to obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Commitment to providing high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced NICU setting.
